- Sincere Guesthouse reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow our terms & conditions.
- Passport is strictly required to present while checking in
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Check-in time 14:00 hrs, Check-out time 11:00 hrs.
- Late check out from 11:00 hours - 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate
- Late check out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate
- No children under 15 years are accepted

- For Online Booking, deposit 50% of the total room charge is required will transferred to Sincere Guesthouse’s account
& NON-REFUNDABLE
- Full CASH is requested at the time of checking in
- Please Fax or Email us the Bank Transfer Receipt, we will confirmed your booking after received Bank Receipt.
- The sender pay all the bank fees.
